Information you provide directly
Names, emails, company details, website URLs, and messages submitted through the contact form or audit requests. Payment processors handle premium audit transactions; we do not retain full card details.
Information collected automatically
Standard server log information: IP address, browser type, referring page, the page you requested, and the date and time. We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data to third parties.
Information from audit tools
Website URLs and the answers you provide generate reports that may be stored so you can retrieve them, so we can improve scoring, and so we can follow up if you asked us to.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver the services and reports you requested, send transactional emails, keep the site secure, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates about our work. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share with
We share information with a small set of service providers who help us run the business, for example our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider, and the payment processor. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to you, deliver the work, and meet tax and legal obligations. Server logs are kept on a short rolling window for security and debugging. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the EEA or UK have specific protections, and we honor them regardless of where the request comes from. Security
The site runs on encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard physical, network, and access controls. Access to your information is restricted to the people who need it and is reviewed regularly.
Children
Our website and tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
RJ Autonomous is based in the United States, and the service providers we use may also process information in the United States. By using the site you understand your information is transferred to the U.S.
