What needed to be fixed.
It's frustrating how often websites just go down. SSL expires, someone forgets to renew the domain, backups never actually run. Clients needed managed website services with assurance of site safety.
How we tackled it.
An automated 24/7 monitoring system was constructed featuring automatic backups, SSL expiration alerts, and monthly health reports using AWS S3, UpdraftPlus, and Better Stack.

Implemented automated WordPress backup workflows that moved backups into secure AWS S3 storage on a recurring schedule.
Applied lifecycle policies to transition older backups into lower-cost archival storage for longer-term resilience.
Set up uptime, keyword, SSL, and domain monitoring so client websites could be checked continuously instead of manually.
Structured the system as a repeatable multi-client managed service framework with recurring reporting and proactive alerts.
